I have adult son with tbi. Definitely helps. It’s taste is a little chalky though.

Got these because I haven’t had a problem with more than a couple of Muscle Tech products. I believe the Creatine tablets are doing their job, but they definitely are not “chews”. They are hard, chalky, tablets. A little misleading for someone hoping for a soft product. Taste isn’t bad, so I plan to finish the bottle and make sure my next purchase is some type of gummy or soft chew.

It will do the job if you don't mind the nasty vanilla citrus flavor... I was using the same exact brand and product (same label, different formulation) in Europe and it tasted 100 times better. MuscleTech should switch to that formula and use it in the USA, they'll make a ton more sales.

This is the most horrid and disgusting chalky thing I’ve ever put in my mouth. Maybe it was my fault for putting three at a time in my mouth and chewing them. It made me gag and vomit it up. I then tried swallowing them whole to workaround the disgusting texture and flavor, but it got stuck in my throat… Horrible stuff. I’m throwing it out and buying gummies instead like a normal person.
