Faulty Delivery: Used Zealot Speaker Received
I received my order for the Zealot Bluetooth Speaker (100W) today, and I am extremely disappointed with the condition of the product. The outer packaging was poorly packed and appeared damaged. The speaker itself looks used and not in new condition. The USB charger is missing from the box, which is supposed to be included. This is unacceptable, as I ordered a brand-new product. I request an immediate replacement with a properly packed, brand-new unit, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Poor quality product
Its on/off button is very hard and not working properly. I have used approx 20 bluetooth speakers sound is good but very difficult in on off. It is so problematic. Now I want replacement or refund.

I’m impressed how this can act as a surround sound to the television and this particular model can connect with another one of its model or a few of the other models, which can definitely act as a surround sound. Very loud.
