I love this product.
I have been using Cayenne Pepper in my everyday food than any other pepper. And I have amazing results. The product is not at all hot. So if you are a fan of spicy you have to put a couple extra spoons of this pepper because it's not hot at all. But even though works great for weightloss program.

Genuine product... Very effective... Just used for a week... I am using it for weight loss...every night 1 hour before bed have 1 spn of caynne pepper with warm water and lemon.

Not Cayenne lol
I've eaten real Cayenne for many years, and this is not Cayenne. It tastes just like normal red chillie powder...
