The delivery was 3 days later than they advised, but once received and installed it was well worth the wait. So much better than the shower head that was already installed in my apartment. I was able to swap them out myself.

I had this brand at my last house and never had an issue. This time, though, after a few months, I noticed a crack had developed on the ball joint where the threading is. Now I'm trying to track down the manufacturer for a warranty claim, but they don't seem to want to be found.

I ordered a new unit for $109.99 & I received a used one that was still wet, had the used plumbing tape still on, box smelled like mildew, 1/2 of the directions gone, shower head scratched up. Box was wet & tearing apart & smelled like mildew. I was shocked that this was even sent out because you could definitely see w/ the damaged box that this was not new. So disappointed! I wouldn’t pay $19.99 for what I received today!

Really loved the functionality of this product however one of the connectors broke after 3 months and it can't be repaired and no refund. We are an older couple so there was no heavy use or misuse. Rarely used the spray attachment but it was nice to have when we did. Good spray selection but the adjustments were hard to turn and not marked.
