This has been a horrible purchase and is not a good product at all. The stainless steel quality is extremely poor. The height between the layers of the idli frame is too low, making it impractical to use. Additionally, the lid is badly made and does not fit properly on the main vessel, causing steam to leak. Because of this leakage, water evaporates quickly and the bottom gets burnt. As a result, I am unable to use this idli cooker at all. I am very disappointed with the quality.

Too small idly gets dry, water space capacity low. Totally product waste. Idly also totally dry smell and touching sticks each idly.

Bad quality material. The plates are not welded properly as they are rocking . When kept on the stand, plates having slop and batter won’t stay.

Last time they sent faulty one and now the idli maker lid is stuck and I am not able to open it. I injured my hand trying to open it . I want to say to the manufacturers please make easy packaging so we can easily assemble it.

Material used is of very poor quality. The idly plates alignments are not correct. Seems like welded by someone who doesn’t even know how to balance. Since the balance is not correct the plates are holding very close to each other with a slop. Cannot hold batter properly.

We have used other brands and needed a new one, so bought this. Used it first time and the noise was so high pitched throughout the cooking time. Even trying to open the cooker after the cooking was painful with the whole body getting hot and the lid not coming off easily. The idlis in the last tray was still uncooked even after all this.
