So far so good. The laptop arrived two days before promised so zero complaints there. First off, to be totally honest I DETEST microsoft windows with a burning passion. I use Apple products only. Now that's out of the way. I bought this to control my Celestron telescope and for no other reason. That's it's only purpose in life. I've installed the telescope control app on it and it works fine as it should. I like the price, I think it was a really good deal for what you get. I like that it's pretty fast. I can't find fault with the speed. I like that it has an illuminated keyboard (good because it will be used outdoors in a blackout yard.) I like that it has a touch screen, that's very helpful when controlling the telescope. I like the size and weight and that the screen folds back 180 degrees. I do despise and deeply hate that it's a windows machine but I have to bite my lip when I use it, it is what I need. That's really the only thing I can complain about. Overall it seems like a good little machine, it came in clean and in excellent condition as promised and ahead of scheduled delivery. If you're looking for a nice little machine for a decent price I would give this one a good look. And of course you're gonna be in the 99% crowd that uses windows and this came with a fresh copy of windows 11 that was not yet setup so you'll like that. I don't do windows ever but I got through the setup with ease. I can't speak to the battery yet as I just got it fully charged but after a few weeks I'll update this review for that. I'm happy with it. If I had to buy another one, I would.

This laptop visually looks brand new, no visible scratch whatsoever. Functionally, all ports work as expected, speaker is good quality, the battery is strong, the touch screen and touchpad work, and had Windows 11 Pro installed and ready for setup. I scanned for malware; Bitdefender's report says the machine is clean. Bonus: Windows came without the bloatware included at retail stores! My only quibbles are: 1. The SSD shows a capacity of 475 GB, not the 512 GB advertised. 2. The touchpad has a very minor vibration, audible when tapping on the left side. (Many people would not notice this.) None of the above is a dealbreaker. I'm very happy with this purchase and I look forward to having this laptop serve my family's needs for many years to come.

The hard drive died shortly 2 months after purchase. But you know what, sometimes you get unlucky with technology. The issue wasn't that. The issue is that this seller claims to have a Dell warranty. Dell told us because this was "refurbished" by a 3rd party that they will not honor any warranty claim. Additionally, Amazon refused to do anything to help us. You will get no support or service in the event something happens and you need to know that the warranty advertised DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU. Buyer BEWARE!

Light and compact. Seems fast enough for personal use, but Windows 11 is a little clunky. Still transferring and loading applications from my old Dell laptop... time will tell.

Excelente maquina

Super excited about the laptop, it shipped very fast. I was disappointed to see it wasn’t a 2 in 1 like my other latitude but my bad for not reading all of the details. I was willing to over look it. Got the computer set up and tried to use the windows hello features to find that the camera was not working. Checked the drivers and there was no camera driver so I ran the windows update.. then it crashed 3 times in a row giving error messages about bios. So I tried to call the customer service line for the seller but the phone number was not active. I reached out to dells customer service who informed me that there was no warranty on this computer but a very nice person was willing to help me. I gave them access to remote into my computer he clicked around and then advised to return this laptop if I still could. So I reached out to Amazon who approved the return. Overall a good experience with the shipping and the laptop was in excellent physical condition with no scratches or anything. It had some kind of software issues I don’t understand and there was no support to help me figure it out. This was probably just a 1 off issue that could have been easily solved but there was no communication from the seller.

Works perfectly as I had hoped. I needed faster speeds for my trading platform and this computer does the job. The first computer I got from them was faulty, but they promptly handled the problem and shipped me another computer. I highly recommend this company
