Curiosity took hold, and I had to order these. I don't get enough calcium in my diet so I was intrigued by the idea of a healthy, calcium-rich snack. I don't know what I was expecting, but this really is just raw chalk chunks. The chunks are various sizes and the instructions say to break off 10g pieces for a serving. The flavour is definitely earthy but not offensive. I wish there was some way to sweeten these because that might help them go down easier. Considering this is clay, it turns mud-esque in your mouth and sticks to your teeth. While I don't think I would eat a piece again, I'm going to try adding it to a protein shake to increase the thickness and calcium content. I'm not sure how to rate these. I got what I ordered and there are no tricks here...I'm just not sure I'd recommend it as a snack. After all, it's not the chalk's fault it's chalk.
