Perfect printer for doing shipping labels, the supplied software/app download works well and can be done via mobile phone or tablet. Perfect for those vinted and Ebay postage labels. Setup was straight forward and multiple users can be set up to the same printer via Bluetooth. Signal holds well and so far no issues. Labels print fast and well. Small enough to put away in a drawer when not in use. I did get a stand for feeding the labels in at the back which I would recommend.

Super easy to use and set up. Can use from laptop or mobile phone. Really quick printing and the print quality is perfect. It even reminds you when to clean the printer too. Great size to fit on a desk or shelf and doesn't take up too much room. Labels are easy to filter into the machine. Very good value for money

Fantastic little printer. This produces high quality labels. It is easy to use and the app comes with loads of templates you can use, or you can design your own. There are loads of helpful videos on youtube as well from mumbyn and from users. Printing is very very quick. I wanted this to print shipping labels on Vinted but then discovered Vinted doesn't give me that option with Royal Mail or DPD. However it works brilliantly from Royal Mails own site and i print my own labels now…no need to go shopping for stamps ever again! Customer service at Mumbyn is also outstanding which is a pleasure to see these days as so many companies don't seem to care about their customers. Highly recommend this little printer.

Its good, haven't been able to get it to work via PC as an app is required that isnt available on Windows and the browser extention is awful. But works via my phone and tablet and via wired connection to the PC so cant complain! Just a little disappointed.

I have been using this for a while year now and it is amazing!!! I sell stuff every now and again on eBay and this little baby is great - I don't need colour so that doesn't affect me. Works very well, easy to use and very easy to store as it's so tiny. It does need a wipe of the roller every now and again to ensure the laser is clear to print but that's nothing as you never have to worry about ink. Great value for money, I'm very happy with it and great value compared to other brands.

I regularly sell items on eBay and once I switched the settings to 4" × 6", this little printer made posting so much easier. It handled all my labels without fuss and was very straightforward to use. After a few weeks an intermittent print issue appeared on the left side, so I contacted Munbyn (the Amazon return window had already passed). They replied quickly, asked for a couple of photos of the print head, and the next day confirmed a replacement was on its way. Proper customer service is rare these days, and they handled it brilliantly. I'm genuinely looking forward to using the replacement — highly recommended.

This must be one of the most unstable printers known to man. The Bluetooth connectivity is so unreliable you will spend ages trying to get a connection, or it drops. In a week, I have had to reinstall the software at least 10 times for any android device. As for connecting it to windows, that is even worst. Each time you wish to use the printer you have to reinstall the software again. On Android its impossible to change label size, and when you do the "auto detect" it will not change the label size. So for ease of life, I have reverted to my laser printer for printing labels. 100% reliable and you can customise labels on it !!! As for the Munbyn, just another item for the dump. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

Elle est non seulement jolie avec sa couleur pastel (ça change des imprimantes moches habituelles 😅), mais elle est aussi ultra facile à utiliser. L’installation via Bluetooth s’est faite en quelques minutes avec l’app dédiée. L’impression est rapide, nette, et parfaite pour mes étiquettes d’expédition de boutique en ligne. 📦 Points forts : • Aucune encre requise = économies assurées • Design compact et esthétique • Impression rapide et de qualité • Fonctionne bien avec Windows, Mac, Android, etc. • Application mobile intuitive 📱 Petit bémol : j’aurais aimé pouvoir imprimer directement depuis Safari sur iPhone via Bluetooth (ex: à partir de Shopify ou Canada Post). Pour l’instant, il faut passer par l’application MUNBYN Print, ce qui reste simple, mais limite un peu la flexibilité. ➡️ En résumé : une excellente imprimante thermique pour les petites entreprises ou boutiques en ligne. Si vous imprimez régulièrement des étiquettes, c’est un très bon investissement.

Der MUNBYN DHL Etikettendrucker hat mein Etsy-Business wirklich auf ein neues Level gehoben. Seit ich meine Versandetiketten direkt selbst drucke, läuft der Versand deutlich schneller, sauberer und professioneller. Kein Zuschneiden, kein Gefummel mehr mit A4-Bögen: Etikett drucken, aufkleben, fertig. Die Druckqualität ist sehr gut: Barcodes sind scharf, Texte klar, auch bei kleinen Schriftgrößen. Der Drucker arbeitet zuverlässig und leise. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert, sowohl am PC als auch per Bluetooth, was im Alltag extrem praktisch ist. Achtung: mit dem PC lässt sich nur eine USB Verbindung herstellen. Besonders für kleine Unternehmen, Etsy-Shops oder Nebengewerbe spart das Gerät Zeit und Nerven. Wenn man regelmäßig Pakete verschickt, amortisiert sich der Drucker sehr schnell. Natürlich ist es kein Spielzeug für den Gelegenheitsversand, aber wer ein Business betreibt, merkt sofort den Unterschied. Fazit: Pflichtanschaffung für alle, die ernsthaft verkaufen. Zuverlässig, schnell und professionell. Ich würde ihn jederzeit wieder kaufen.
