It's a good product, we can use it 3 to 4 times once it's fully charged (10 minutes each) and it's relaxing, good for neck and shoulder pain.

Item was used before not cleaned, it seams returned from other customer and delivered to me...

Good…. Until I used it too hard trying to get a deeper and harder massage and saw that it was hurting my skin.. and now I have to wait for it to heal before trying again… lol…

I like it. It is very well built. And the motor is powerful with long battery life.

Stopped working within a few days of use. When it was working it was amazing, really felt like an actual proper massage. But after just a few days of being used for 15-30 mins a day the massager has just stopped working. Very disappointed that it stopped working because initially I thought it was a truly amazing product.
