I honestly love it it came super fast in about 1 day when it said 5 the people who dropped it off came fast no hassle super worth buying !

Purchased for Christmas. What a horrible experience. We opened the box and the Arrived cpu fan fell right out when I opened the box. You could see the glue was completely off and dangling. Horrible Christmas for my child. Now they have nothing for Christmas thanks to the lack of care and such poorly made product.

I got this for my son for school / gaming. it was so well prepared with all kinds of foam and strong cardboard in and out of the case / box and came with everything the description had said. Even though its not the most recent computer hardware its super fast and smooth. the case has tons of space for future upgrading. the only thing i can gripe about is it doesn't have the top case fans but I'm fairly confident in the beast of a CPU cooler and other fans to keep temps regulated. Over all I'm extremely satisfied with this product from Thermal Take and will definitely consider purchasing more of their products.

Overall the computer itself is decent for the price and looks great. Benchmarked everything and it's running optimal. THE MAIN GRIPE (I even checked with Rufus before ordering this) if this came with a keyboard and a mouse (as usually pc sets come with them) and Rufus said it does BUT IT DONT! Now I have to go and get a set. So be warned!

My stuff came damaged And i was super exited to use it but didn’t even get to because the amazon delivery man didn’t handle with care because they didn’t put fragile on the box at all on the outside

This is exactly what I needed and runs as well as I expected!

The led software doesn’t even work, my fans don’t connect and it doesn’t stay colorful. great pc otherwise.
