2 Fiesta Caladium Bulbs for Planting - Perennial Hosta, Elephant Ears, Fancy (2 Bulbs)

I stuck a few bulbs in a large planter, not expecting much since the last time I purchased some bulbs like this (from another seller) nothing came up. This time every single bulb sprouted and I have had to put more pots out to accommodate these. They are beautiful and resilient. I have them near a heating vent and water them frequently since the vent dries out the soil very rapidly. But wow!

The bulds seemed dead or in the bunk of death. The attached roots were essentially paper but the worse part was the thrips. I have tons of plants and have never ever had thrips so I’ve only seen them on tiktok but there was no mistaking what these were. So disappointing. I was so excited for these. My husband bought me a few bulbs from here for Xmas and I set the package aside and forgot about it which didn’t turn out so well so these were the replacements I bought. Cant express my disappointment. And I as looked closer after noticing they were everywhere. I got the two different types and both were the same.

Beautiful colors and is growing pretty quick. I do not have a grow light but do have a heat lamp and that could be the reason it grew fast. It is doing very well and I’m super happy

I had to give at least 1 star but these aren’t growing at all and now I am considering checking for rot. I did plant these as soon as I got them so I don’t have to worry about rot issues but they still aren’t growing.

The Fiesta caladium was received however it was distinctive as two separate bulbs. The bundle was very small.

These bulbs are not perennials unless you live in a year round warm climate. I live in N.C. planting zone 7b bulbs will have to be dug up in Fall before first frost. I feel cheated out of my money due to false description would have never purchased them as I am disabled and was hoping to plant something that would come back in the spring without doing all the work to dig up and probably store. The bulb size was way to small for the money, will not purchase again from this vendor!!
