I used to have a gigantic all-in-one esthetic machine that offered steam and some of the features in this QUEESALN Hair Steamer, 2 in 1 Hair and Face Steamer for Natural Hair with UV Ozone, Hair Humidifier, but was tired of giving up floor space to my beauty robot. But I needed an efficient way to steam hair for treatments, and found this hair steamer available to try. Does very well for my specific, small-scale, at home use, and doesn't take up too much cabinet space when not in use. Love that it has multiple functions, but I have thus far used it primarily as a steamer, and it's been great for that. Great for setting hair, too, on rollers with a steam set that's warm enough to make the cuticle take the curl. Even better for conditioning treatments. Great find and happy to finally have a smaller device for the beauty, as the number of beauty devices seem to increase with each birthday. Great find - five stars!

If the hood were larger to accommodate larger heads of natural hair this would be ideal. Only the very top of my head received steam making this not worth the effort and time.

This is a poorly made product. It's quite possibly the worst I've ever encountered on Amazon. Despite many efforts, this product simply won't work. ... After plugging it in, the sensor beeps and shuts off. Even after adding salt to the canister, as directed, it still happens. The water reservoir doesn't snap in securely. The cheap, plastic attachments are barely strong enough to interchange and do not seat on the base securely. After many attempts, I've never been able to use this useless heap of crap. This is nothing more than a poorly manufactured, hunk of cheap plastic. It's your worst "Made in China" nightmare. PLEASE, PLEASE, save your money or find another manufacturer! In theory this would be the perfect item, but this is nothing more than a box of unusable, plastic trash. One star is far too generous.
