Simply the best melatonin gummy. We tried at least 10 different sleep supplements. Sleep tablets. Sleep powder for drinks. So many forms of melatonin. Taste: best, citrus and light Effective: best, the dosing is 2 but we almost never have more than 1. It always helps. It helps fight stress, jet lag and noisy pets. Sometimes if needed I take one in the middle of the night as long as I have at least three hours left. No sugar: Can't tell. Tastes great. Sugar free makes a difference. Sugar is a stimulant. It's bad for teeth overnight. Should never be in a product taken at bedtime.

These melatonin gummies always do the trick for me whenever I need to sleep. Also, even if they are sugar free, they still tastes about as sweet as an orange gummy candy, only it tastes like a natural orange flavor. I definitely would recommend this.

Great flavour, with no gross sugar-free aftertaste and used nightly by myself and my 5 year old daughter. The options for melatonin are extremely limited in Australia, so discovering this product was fantastic. My daughter is very picky about tastes and textures and has made her displeasure with other melatonin gummies and liquids we’ve tried extremely clear - however this particular brand is a winner! Great price, surprisingly quick international delivery with tracking, they taste great and most importantly, Nature’s Gummies - Orange Flavoured, Sugar Free, Star-Shaped Melatonin Gummies - are consistently effective in gently inducing sleepiness over about 30 - 60 minutes. The only thing that I would raise is that perhaps the labelling should change to make it more accurate and less misleading at first glance. The front of the label says “6 mg” melatonin, however I thought that was somewhat misleading as each gummy star actually only contains half that, at 3 mg melatonin - not 6 mg - so you need to take two gummies to achieve that 6mg dosage. But that’s all. I intend to continue to order this product!

I have an 8 year old autistic son who has adhd, ptsd, spd, sensory issues and separation anxiety and he also takes a prescribed sleep med along with this when needed and it is a God send for nites when he is super restless and can't get to sleep. He loves the taste of his "stars" and having food aversions he won't take hardly any type of gummy or.food so this sleep gummy is an all.aroun win for us.

The cutest melatonin gummies yet ! I love the formula and how inclusive and effective these supplements are for sleep. I love sleep. But they are also so cute and have a texture similar to those classic orange slice gumdrop candies which is probably from their awesome vegan formula.

Beware: they taste great, but don’t work. Melatonin usually makes me sleepy—these did absolutely nothing. I took 6 last night and 8 tonight… still wide awake. My usual 5 mg gummies knock me out with just 2.
