ACHAZEL 6000 BTU Window Air Conditioner is my best purchase this summer for extreme heat; I did not use the Wifi option, since it is in the bedroom and the bedside remote works just fine; the unit makes a low hum, which does not affect my sleep; the breeze coming out the unit is more than sufficient, even at low speed; the cooling effect is instant; the installation was simple, and did not need any extra attachments to my window; i don't have any water collecting in unit; the auto or economy button shuts off unit after reaching set temperature; at 108 outside temps, my room is cozy cool, working better than my home cooling system; really, i am so happy to have this AC unit for day or night use.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This AC saved me. I live full time in a 5th wheel RV and live near Vegas so although my ACs work good they have to work very hard. Installed this in my bedroom and it keeps me and my 8lb dog almost too cold at 80 degrees setting. This unit fit like a glove in my window and had decent cooling power. The setup was simple, though I recommend that two people work together for it. The power usage was pretty typical for an AC of its size; the ECO and sleep modes did a great job balancing the noise, power usage, and cooling. I did run into some issues, but the seller was very responsive and in the end we were able to find a solution. I enjoyed working with them and I recommend this AC!

Quick version don't buy it if you're going to buy one get it at a store so that way if something is wrong you can either replace it or refund it easier. Now for the long version of what was wrong at first it worked fine but after a while it started shooting water in my room I looked it up and apparently that's due to either too much water in the unit which is supposed to drain from a little hole but it didn't have one and also can be due to low levels of the cooling liquid so when I try to get it refunded because I needed one ASAP and had already gotten a new one they were a total pain to send it back would have cost me the amount it took to buy it when I tried talking to them they kept on pretty much insisting that I got it repaired somewhere and that they would pay for the repairs but never gave an recommendation and when I told them that I just didn't need any of that done and just wanted it return so I can get my money back they pretty much told me that if i returned it they were only going to give me about 60% of my money back

WOW! This unit is fantastic. It cools quickly, and the fact you can use an app to turn it on, and hook it up with Alexa is awesome. Well worth the money.

It really cools, only used for about 4 days. Looks well-built and not as noisy as the last one. Admittedly, I was apprehensive about a name I had not heard of.

Unit works great and does the job it was made for. Not super quiet but not obnoxiously noisy. Can finally sleep well, it's very humid and warm here in eastern Kentucky. Due to the high humidity, the pan collected enough water within 24hrs to submerge part of the fan that spins on the external side. The unit leans to the outside of the house as instructed, doesn't drain very well for this area. It does however drain great now that I drilled a small hole in the bottom left corner, about 2 inches in from the rear and left side. No more fan smacking the pool lol. Great unit. PS, we have 2 of these and they both didn't drain very well, prior to drilling a drain hole. Would absolutely buy another if we needed it.
