Recently gave glasses as a gift to sister and they don't turn on. We have charged charged them and followed direction. Beware buying faulty products from this company!

I've been using them for about a week now, usually while relaxing on the couch after dinner. The design is surprisingly lightweight and comfortable to wear - they sit securely on my face without feeling tight or pinching behind my ears. The controls are straightforward and easy to use, even with the glasses on - just a few simple buttons to toggle between different settings. I particularly enjoy the gentle warming function combined with the subtle red light - it creates a relaxing experience especially during these colder months. The massage feature provides a gentle vibration around the eye area that feels pleasant after a long day. What I appreciate most is the portability - the glasses fold up neatly and fit into their carrying case, which I've been taking between home and office for mid-day relaxation sessions. The battery life has been impressive too - I've used them for about 15 minutes each evening and only needed to recharge once in the past week. There are a few minor drawbacks - the charging port is a bit awkwardly placed, making it slightly difficult to plug in. Also, while the glasses fit me well, they might be too large for someone with a smaller face, as there's no way to adjust the size. The red light is bright enough that you'll want to keep your eyes closed during use, which means you can't read or watch TV simultaneously. Cleaning is simple with just a damp cloth, and the materials seem durable enough for regular use. Meh. I am not sure this does anything.

I am too into “instant gratification” as proven by this device. I guess I expected the under eye bags and shadows that I have been fighting for so long to disappear immediately. These don’t work with that speed, but over time I have seen a gradual improvement. It does take consistency in using them, and when I didn’t see an immediate improvement I was ready to stop using them. I’m glad I persevered. My under eye area looks better than it has in years! I still have the shadow but the bags are pretty much gone. I saw positive improvement after approx three weeks and I’m glad that I purchased these!

When these first arrived, I wasn't sure if they were going to put weight on the bridge of my nose but surprisingly, these are really comfortable. The other thing I was worried about was while wearing these, if I was going to see the light come through. Once again, this is not the case. The light itself sits flush to my skin so I can't really see it from underneath. If I look in the mirror, I can see some hitting the tops of my cheeks but that is about it. The weight of these is really light and I never feel any sort of discomfort, even on my ears. I have started seeing some of my more deeper lines starting to become not so deep and I've started seeing my dark circles lighten up a bit. I've only been using this for almost 2 months so the small things I'm noticing are a lot faster than some face creams I've been using for years.

Doesn’t really work. The light works but not the vibration.

Very disappointed in this item!! After following directions for charging & set up the lights didn’t work at first. After that the message wouldn’t turn on at all. Will return as defective.
