I work in the food manufacturing industry and deal with organic labeling. This product claims to be organic but lacks both an organic certifier and a USDA certification. In the U.S., it is not permitted to use the term "organic" without proper organic certification. Additionally, if you’ve tried the product, it’s hard to believe it contains no added sugar. It is sweeter and crunchier than any other freeze-dried strawberries on the market, as if it had been soaked in sugar and crystallized during the freeze-drying process. While it may be more flavorful, this could be dangerously misleading. Furthermore, the label indicates it is made in China, which is concerning given that Chinese food registration systems are often considered unreliable.
