The spray is great! I use it in the morning for my sneezing and runny nose. Everything dries up in about 5 minutes. It's a good product!

I first found out about this type of product being available through my pharmacist. He uses it every day and he has maintained good health even with his type of job and all those sick people coming to pick up prescriptions. So I thought I would give it a try. Personally, I love it. It helps my nose from being so dry, and gives me another way to combat germs especially airborne bacteria! I have been using it for about two months now. I have had a lot of trouble in the past with a lot of different products, but I am so glad I persisted in trying the new ones. I would say this does the trick!! You need to try it. It is definitely worth it!

It clears the head fast but if I use it 2 or 3 days in a row it has a bad effect in me

This goes above and beyond plain saline spray for my nose. It’s moisturizing and also helps to clear your sinus passages. I was looking for one with iodine in it to help guard us this flu season. Have read great things about using iodine in the nasal spray and so far so good with this one. I will definitely be keeping this on hand!

I was subbing in an elementary school where a high percentage of staff and students were out sick. I used this every day I worked. Even after working there several days per week over a couple of weeks and being exposed to hundreds of kids, I never got sick. Not cheap, but totally worth it! It does smell like iodine, but not too badly, and I don't notice it after a minute or so.

No issues with clumping (be sure to shake thoroughly before using). No issue with nasal irritation. Took this daily on a cruise and did not pick up the cold that a few passengers seem to have. Doesn’t mean this spray was the reason but this is the first cruise in a long time I didn’t get a runny nose, cough, or sinus congestion. Will use again.

Since it’s started getting really cold in the evenings, we’ve been lighting a fire every night in the log burner to delay having to turn the central heating on for as long as possible. You do quickly taste the sweetness of the Xylitol soon after use, and although the spray helps you to breath easy, it doesn’t have any menthol or even any noticeable smell. It’s suitable for daily use. I like that it doesn’t contain any alcohol, steroids or preservatives, and that it gently flushing away any irritants while keeping the nasal passages clean, healthy and lubricated. As with some nasal sprays, this one doesn’t say it has to be used within a certain timeframe, other than the expiry date on the base of the box. Mine still had a good 9 months left on it.

I can't imagine what my snoring is like over night but these days I seem to wake myself up with snorting through a dry nose, and when I wake up in the morning I feel like I've got a bad cold. (Good job I sleep alone). I didn't think I needed anything 'medicated' but my dry nose needed some help to feel comfortable.
