Exactly what I needed, 0 issues, easy to use.

Picky. Unable to use the same blood prick for both samples. Lots of wasted strips that error out. Not like my last system. And strips should have come with the meter. Strip containers are tough to open.

Kit itself? Might be just fine, couldn't try it out. Unopened box came with no test strips. In manufacturing, it happens. Then about to buy replacement strips, they're $100. No other options. OK, just need to be aware you're in for $125 and not the intro $. Not product issue, just seems like bait'n switch

The instructions were clear and plentiful, no confusion here. I loaded the test strip code chip, then I took a blood sample and got an expected result. Easy to operate with no complicated button combinations. Works just like my glucose meter. The meter is cheap because the test strips are expensive. Same game as with printers and printer cartridges in my view. I do not use the downloadable app, i don't need it or its complications. I use a simple spreadsheet, plus the meter has a memory. I recommend if all you want to do is get accurate readings.

Very complicated

In August 2025 my 4 year old went into DKA and we got the unfortunate new that he has TD1. I bought two of these meters one for school and one for at home. My first though when I got the meter was I can't believe no test strips were included. You included lancets but not test strips. I feel like a few test strips to test it out would of been nice. Also needing to buy two individual test strips one for blood and one for ketones didn't even cross my mind. I thought you could just switch to ketones when checking the blood. I honestly have no idea if this product even is work it because I now have to buy test strips for ketones for myself and the school. I just think what would help is if you had a starter kit. That had everything you need. I was going through a very stressful time and I know this isn't on you but I think if you are selling a product like this having a starter kit that included everything you need would be great for those of use who are getting this during a difficult time. I would of know right off the bat that I need two different test strips for testing and I most likely wouldn't of bought this product.
