Good value. Easy to setup and use
I had a really nice All-In-One HP printer but it was such a hassle to use. It wasted a ton of ink every time I turned it on or ran maintenance and eventually would not print color anymore (likely due to infrequent use). The printer also complained loudly when using aftermarket cartridges and didn't like to be "offline" and not connected to the mothership at HP. This Canon printer is the complete opposite. It was super easy to set up, connected to my internet quickly using the phone app. The app also installed quickly and easily on my computer and everything just works. It doesn't constantly run long maintenance cycles that needlessly burn through ink and the scanning and printing quality is reasonable for my needs. It doesn't take up as much space as my older HP but does "feel" like cheaper materials were used (not unexpected at this price point). So far, no paper jams or other issues with this printer.

inexpensive, works great
my old canon pixma finally had paper feeder problems after 12 years (otherwise it still works). it cost $40 then and the ink was a bargain compared to other printers. so i stayed with pixma and so far very good. scans, prints and copies very easy. set up was very easy, took less than 10 minutes. was unable to get a model which used the same ink cartridges but other reviewers mentioned these cartridges are very reasonable. one of the least expensive 3 in 1 printers. just a great basic 3 in 1. hoping i get 12 years out of this one

Good first impression.
I ordered this printer as a replacement for an older Canon PIXMA MG 6821, which I was using mainly as a scanner and rare occasional color printing. This is also my intended use for this TS3720. The printer was delivered yesterday well packaged. It is fairly light in weight and decent nice esthetics. It came with a power cord, 2 starter printer cartridges (Black PG-275 and color CL-276), and few pieces of paper documentation, namely useless legal stuff. No printed guide or manual and no USB cable (No biggie). Canon lists a sampler of 3 photo papers included in the box, which was missing and not there (Again, no biggie). Initial basic set up overall was fairly easy and straightforward. There is a brochure with a website to go to. Just follow the instructions which include getting the 'Canon PRINT' app to install the needed drivers. Initial testing for the print and scan functions worked. I have not tested the copy feature. I used a direct USB cable connection to my desktop PC. The little LCD display is a nice feature to have. The print speed is good enough and the print quality is very good for both black and white letter/document, as well as color photo (4x6 photo paper). I have not tested the mobile/Android connection. It takes some searching to find what you need for instructions (e.g. placing the photo paper print side forward and long side up). The wireless connection was a bit of a challenge, but the online instructions helped. I recommend you press the info "i" button to print (3 pages) for network set up. It will have the SSID, MAC address and the printer password which you will need. I created a Canon account and may possibly look into the PIXMA print plan (cheapest for occasional use is currently at $3.99/month, and Canon currently has a 4-month free offer). For $50, it is a good value for this printer and would recommend and purchase again. If your main go-to printer for daily frequent use is a color inkjet multifunction all in one, then spend more and get a better one. Otherwise, for occasional home use, it serves the bill, and time will tell as to durability. The main reasons for dinging one star are some shortcomings: The lack of more adequate instructions (A printed basic user guide would have been nice), better resources on Canon's website in terms of downloads and support (I would have preferred the option of downloadable drivers, instead of an app from the Microsoft store), true advertising (If you say photo paper is included in the box, then by golly include it). Thank you.

Works but not perfect
It works as needed but ink usage is high, it’s only a few times I have used it for printing and the machine has already warning ink low. For printing scanned pictures, the speed is kind of slow. Also it took a lot effort to connect it with WiFi and phone at first beginning but later the printing process is pretty smooth. Noise level is reasonable. It caused a few paper jam while printing but easy to pull paper out from stuck.

Great printer for the money!
Great printer, great value for the price, easy setup on-line directions with my computer. A little bigger than I expected, but not a problem. Replacement ink cartridges are reasonably priced. My husband has a laptop in another room and his computer automatically "found" this one (you can have several household computers and even phones connected). Now he doesn't have to send a document to me to print. Haven't used the scanner option yet, so no comment on that. Only downside I see is if the WiFi drops out for some reason, there is NO USB connection available. Best thing I think is the unit is NOT made in China!!! Yay!

Affordable, space-saving, useful for creative work.
Great little machine for art practice, scanning, and everyday printing. It handles basic projects well and is especially useful if you’re working with drawings or small-format artwork. You do need to use the app to operate it, and the sizing controls aren’t totally intuitive at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s easy enough to manage. For the price, the performance is hard to beat. The compact footprint is a big plus—perfect for small studios, desks, or tight spaces where a full-size printer would be overkill. Affordable, space-saving, and very useful for creative work. Not the most intuitive setup, but excellent value once you learn it. Arrived much so than stated.

Love this printer!
I can’t believe how easy the set up was. Downloaded the app to my phone, connected to my WiFi and printed. Laptop connection done in one step. iPad done in one step. Response time is better than my old Canon Pixma. Print quality is just as I need.

does not have manual
Seems to print ok - had to do a lot of adjustments (paper sizing) - print was really dark, almost too much on couple of pages - printing on draft now - had previous model did great till it didn't - you get what you pay for - wish had a small manual or something.

Gostei.

Solo imprimí unas cuantas hojas y sea terminado la tinta

Essa compra foi muito boa, uma ótima impressora, minha única lamentação é que não é muito fácil de encontrar tinta ou cartucho para essa marca, tirando isso é uma excelente opção de impressora.

Vive dando erro. A tinta acaba rápido e o manual de instruções é inglês.
