I live this sectional and would purchase it again if I needed to. The pull up bed make it a huge area we can all relax on for a movie night. Its firm is perfect. The color is the perfect shade of brown. It has good height to it unlike other couches that are tiny this one is not. It’s very sturdy and the instructions are easy to follow. Super easy to put together I did it by myself pretty fast.

We are OBSESSED with this sectional! The price you cannot beat for how big and functional it is! With the storage underneath the chase, you can put pillows, blankets, whatever you want underneath! It’s huge! We fit like 10 blankets under ours! The pull out additional cushions to make one big bed is THE BEST PART! We are a movie night kind of family so it’s perfect for us! The material is extremely soft and cozy! The couch is definitely firm but I’m sure it’ll break down the more we use it! And to be honest, it makes it still really comfortable. I’m more of a firm kind of girl! Don’t hesitate on this purchase! Worth every penny!

After hurricane Helene destroyed everything, I need to re-furnish my house inexpensively. This couch is large and HEAVY. It seems very well made and arrived rather quickly, for furniture. It's very firm, which I like. It also has a subtle chevron pattern, which I like, too. Because of it's weight, I would suggest 2 relatively strong people put this together. I did it by myself and it was not fun. The main downside is the fabric pilling. I've had this couch for less than 6 months and the fabric is pilling from moderate use. The last time this has happened was when I was a kid in the 1980's and we got a cheap couch with boucle fabric. It looked like a cat scratching post after about a year. We didn't have a cat. Another downside is that you can't flip the seat cushions. My previous sectional had storage under all pieces that had a solid, fabric covered top that you put the seat cushions on top of. It allowed me to flip the cushions for more even wear or to hide a stain if needed. I wish this couch had that flexibility. C'est la vie... The sleeper sofa functionality is great. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase. Hopefully, it will last. I would recommend this couch for a small house hold, with this caveat: get yourself a really good fabric shaver if you don't have one.

I wasn't quite paying attention when ordering and didn't realize just how big this is. Note, this baby is 10 feet long! A monster of a sofa. We named it "the Whale." With the center pull out extended, it's like a 10' long twin bed. Perfect for a friend to couch surf, but not so perfect that they'll want to stay (the sofa cushions are firm). The color is nice, the surface is like a rough patterned velvet that would make George Constanza very proud. The chaise lifts up like the staircase on the Munsters to store winter blankets or pillows. It was delivered by freight and came in 5 massive boxes. Each box fit through my doorway. The 5 sections require some assembly. Feet or casters, backs, then arranging pillows. The whole thing took me 30 minutes. Pro tip, get a long Philips tip on a power screwdriver to make short work of attaching the feet and casters. There will be a huge amount of cardboard boxes so unless you want to make a fort, try to see if you can get white glove service where they haul it away (it wasn't offered in my area). Comfort wise, there are certain parts like the chaise or the other side of the sofa that are super comfortable. It's so large, you can sit in a different part of the sofa each day of the week. Other parts have very firm cushions. Also the back cushions are not the same height (taller in the center). I have it against a wall and a kitchen peninsula. Unless you're having Lovey and Thurston over, I wouldn't worry about it. The combined surface area makes a perfect snuggle pod for winter days. I don't think I've been happier with an Amazon purchase in 25 years for something purchased so big and sight-unseen. Tastes vary, but for the price and the usefulness of this, if you were sitting on the floor looking for a new sofa, read all the reviews carefully and give it a shot. I would highly recommend this to a friend and I'd easily buy another one if I had the space. Pro tip, notice this one has the chaise on the left side. I couldn't find one with the chaise on the right side but it doesn't flip around so be mindful of that. Good luck.

This couch, sold & fulfilled by THSUPER is great! We have had it for about a week now and love it. It arrived in four large boxes but that just meant it was easy to put together. It’s firm but very comfortable and feels like it will last a long time. It seems very durable. The chaise is the perfect length and we love the pull out part - perfect two people to lay down and relax while watching tv. The storage in the chaise is also great - much more capacity than I was expecting! I was able to fit several blankets in there and still have room. As seen in the photo, we have a cat, who did like to stick her claws in the fabric the first day, so watch out for that!

The company delivering was very prompt my delivery date was ranged to the end of Feb but they called me not even three days after I placed my order for delivery which was awesome. The person who delivered was helpful was able to get the boxes as close as they could do my door since I have a lot of steps. But one box was a bit beat up but nothing was damaged upon inspection. Everything went together smoothly and lined up Beautifully. There’s instructions in the box but it’s pretty self explanatory since the feet are drawn onto the bottom with white to show you where and which ones go in their spots. Just make sure You watch how the pieces slide into lock so you don’t have to keep lifting and trying to lock them in. Mine went from left to right for interlocking the pieces. But once it was done it’s probably the softest and nicest couch I’ve ever had and I have lazy boys in my house so that says a lot hah. You get a great couch with high quality for an awesome price!

The couch itself is pretty comfy. It was easy to assemble for the most part. Unfortunately, some of the screws I received were not the correct screws and I will be reaching out to the seller about this. The delivery SUCKED. They will not bring it beyond the front door. If you live in an apartment with no elevator this is for you. Have help ready to get it upstairs to your door because the delivery guy will not do it. They called me and I asked if they could and it was repeated that they wouldn’t even help me get it to the front door of my apartment. The wrong screws and the sucky delivery bright it down to three stars. The couch itself is a 5 star couch so far.

Update: After my original review, I was contacted by the seller who gave me options to remedy my disappointment. I'm very pleased that they reached out to resolve the problem. I'm hopeful that they will follow through as discussed. We've had our couch for almost 10 months. We love the functionality and comfort of it but I've started noticing some wear and holes in the fabric, particularly in the chaise area (which I use the most). Super disappointing because this was a splurge for us when we bought our home. So now I'm looking for covers that won't look tacky. It would be nice if the fabric was more durable. It's not like it was that cheap and now I need to figure out a way to make it look nice with covers. More money. :( I don't see a way to contact the seller to ask for help. Disappointing.
