I am so happy with my h2 machine. I use it daily for health prevention. Bought it in February from Amazon for my mom. Today it would not turn on and just buzzes when the power cord is removed and plugged back in. Still under the 12 month manufacturer warranty but cannot find any contact information to talk to the manufacturer. Was able to contact them through Amazon and they sent a replacement that arrived with in a week! Was definitely surprised and pleased with the result.
