Boat Airdopes Ace TWS with 35HRS playback
Day by day, boAt product quality is degrading. This item did not meet basic expectations in terms of durability and performance. Amazon should seriously look into the quality checks for such brands before selling to customers.

PLEASE DONT BUY THE BOAT PRODUCT THAT HAVE ONLY REPLACEMENT OPTION
I recently purchased boAt Airdopes Ace from Amazon, and unfortunately, I received a defective product. The left earbud is not working properly. I requested a replacement through Amazon, but they redirected me to the boAt service link. I submitted the replacement request there, and the defective product was collected from me. However, today (13-Feb-2026), I received a WhatsApp message from boAt stating that the item is out of stock. They informed me that they will issue a replacement certificate, and I will then have to contact Amazon again to arrange the replacement. The most frustrating part is that I still have not received the replacement product from boAt. I was told it will take another 7 days to receive the defective item back, and after that, I must wait another 7 days for Amazon to process the replacement. For a product worth just ₹1,000, I have already been waiting for 14 days and still have to wait longer. I regularly purchase products from Flipkart, and their customer service is much more efficient. They handle replacements directly and do not redirect customers to third-party service centers. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying this product from Amazon if it only has a replacement policy. If there is a direct refund option, that would be better. Otherwise, please be cautious before purchasing.
