Absolutely brilliant piece of kit. Made shoestring fries first time out, versatile with many different settings. Perfect game chips and it includes a pair of gloves - mandolins are vicious if used with due care and attention. Thoroughly recommend.

Great levels of adjustment. I use it for slicing potatoes so thin they’re transparent. Top tip, if you have large hands like me, buy a pair of larger gloves to protect your hands. That’s what I did, they really will help to save you from injury. The small gloves that come with it are great for smaller hands. Seriously sharp!

Well designed, robust and extremely sharp! Very intuitive design, easy to adjust the cutting thickness, to change to the crinkle blade and set the little vertical cutters! Cleaning is easy. Comes with a little cleaning brush and safety gloves.

The gloves are marked Large but they are not very big. The safety handle for the food is excellent with retractable spikes for a secure grip. I made lamb hotpot on the day I got it ... sliced potatoes perfectly.

Quality overall is not bad. However, it does have one dangerous flaw. After slicing an item, it catches on the edge of of the blade insert on the return and can cause your hand to slip and potentially slice a finger. This can makes it very dangerous and so should never be used without protection, no matter how far away from the blade you are when you begin using it.

Very sharp, easy to use. The wire brush and the safety gloves are a great idea. The gloves are quite small, but as I have small hands isn't a problem.

Va muy bien lo único que si apretas mucho se va haciendo el corte más grande, podría bloquearse de alguna manera y además la parte de proteger a la no llega hasta abajo lo que hace que el último corte quede irregular. Lo bueno es que incluye guantes de protección aunque si lo usas solos acabar cortándolos Y se rompen.
