I am taking out some time to write this review because I think a few of us want to buy a thermal flask not just for regular use but with special objective to keep water hot in cold winters or places, especially those who travel with small kids or go for trekking. Well, in my opinion, GO FOR THIS PRODUCT!! I bought this for my upcoming trek to Himalayas and hence I did a small experiment and it's performance was exactly what I need. I filled hot water at 10 pm and kept it for 12 hours. The temperature is about 32 degrees in Kolkata now. After 12 hours when I poured the water, it was steaming hot!! I then kept the flask in refrigerator for 2 hours and it was still quite warm. I couldn't keep my finger dipped in it for more than a second, hot. I kept it in the fridge for another two hours and the water was then reasonably warm. The colour is awesome velvety black. I am loving it!!!!

Very good product

The worst product I ever purchased from them, I brought a same product 8 years back and still it's good, considering that I purchased with much expectation but it's not even hold hot like a normal water bottle, after 1 or 2 hours when I open the flask I used to think whether it was kept in flask or refrigerator, that's the situation. Utter flop, waste of money 🤑. Even though it's a flask we cannot touch on it when hot water is there in it. Means it has no insulation. Is there any solution like exchange or something?

The flask is well made , the nozzle modification looks strong . It keeps cold drinks cold for a good while and hot too . Obviously as you drink from it the temperature will go up , or down, depending . The coating on the exterior of the flask can be a little slippery so make sure of a firm grip , Good flask .

Keeps the heat for around 12 hours. The cup is a great size. More expensive than I expected but I'm glad I have it. It's a shame it didn't come with a cleaner, as your hand can't fit through to clean it.
