This product is not pure benzocaine powder. This product is far denser (heavier) than benzocaine powder by almost double. Benzocaine powder is not water soluble. This product is. Benzocaine powder will dissolve with 99% pure rubbing alcohol. This product does not dissolve in alcohol. I don't know what this is but I know what it isn't. Do not buy this product if you are expecting pure benzocaine powder. Just don't buy this product period! If you do, don't say I didn't warn you. You will be sorry. Unfortunately my return window already closed before I discovered this. Don't fall victim to this crap, whatever it is, like I did.
