Caused diarrhea, came without a measuring spoon
I used the product for 4 days, once a day as instructed and it caused diarrhea which lasted 5 days. That's one way of losing weight. Also measuring spoon was missing, which caused me to weigh the product on a weighing scale

Taste is not good Feels dust in it. You have to add more sweetener to it and blend it properly for longer time and only then it becomes okay to drink. It seems of low quality. Also it has high ratings because of false reviews
