I tried numerous creatine years ago and it was ok. This stuff has been a revelation. I'm training pretty heavy a mix of kettle bells and free weights. I've found myself training two days in a row which I never would have done. Top stuff

Good quality and good price

Has a little spoon inside the pack which is handy. Tastes surprisingly nice and dissolves easily. There's a small amount of finely gritty 'sediment' at the end when you're drinking but it's not unpleasant and it's only the final mouthful. Even then it's relatively acceptable. I've made it with 150ml of water and it tastes just like old style orange squash. 200ml is fine also - unsurprisingly like slightly weaker orange squash. The 'easy seal' bag closure doesn't close very well I've found as there is already powder in the seal. But this is my only gripe!

This creatine powder is mostly great — it mixes easily into water or smoothies and tastes neutral. I’ve noticed better endurance and faster recovery since using it. The only downside is that it doesn’t always dissolve fully, leaving a bit of grit at the bottom sometimes. Not a dealbreaker for me, but worth mentioning.

I read into the different makes of creatine before I bought this and this was given high marks as it is pure creatine and is regulated. I have used creatine for many years and for me it works so it will be interesting to see having not tried this brand before but all the write ups are positive.

The seal is not really good

Its creatine. Simples. Protein works offers a good price!
