Being an old guy, plus also a stroke survivor. I need all the brain help that I can get. So I decided to try these. I figure that it can’t hurt! 😉

This has helped me feel calmer and less scattered. Many supplements give me migraines or leave me feeling a bit sick. This one was no problem for and actually has helped me feel better and less “all over the place.”

My husband and I both struggle with focus and are always looking for things to improve our motivation. We both immediately noticed a benefit on the 1st day of taking this. I started with 1 capsule and he started with 2. Now we both take the full 3 capsule dose on the days that we need it most - being sure to take breaks from it, especially since it is expensive and we do not want to create dependency. They have a nice pleasant floral smell to them, which is not overpowering.

Choline is an essential nutrient for our body, particularly for our liver and mental clarity and this is one of the few nootropics I have gotten that has 250mg of choline in their supplement!! This is expensive, but I am seeing good results so far!! Thank you!!!
