Very good product and Excellent after sale service
Actually I’m surprised with the sellers response after I bought it Initially when I bought it seller dispatched it in 3 different boxes out of which only two were delivered and the third left undelivered for many days. After contacting them they sent me the missed part again. Unfortunately the sent part doesn’t fit and again i sent the pic to seller on WhatsApp. They sent me another courier of the part and now everything is fine. It’s very sleek and simple but looks very decent in our balcony. Fitting would have been much better. Be careful if you have kids playing around as it may gets detached if they disturb it.
