Super sour and delicious I’m gonna make another order

Awesome. These are super fresh. The assortment is just like the photo and evenly portioned. They aren't stale for sure. For those who haven't had sour belts before, they are definitely sour. So if you think those sour worms or sour straws are super tart, then this might be too sour for you. Otherwise, for sour lovers it's great :) For me it's not insanely sour, but more sour than most sour candies. However, I eat sour candies a lot. One of my favorite sour candies. I said "sour" a lot, HA!

I eat a lot of candy (1lbs of jelly beans are gone in a few days for me). I ordered these since the value is great, I expected I would go through them quick so their price isn’t bad.... buuutttt I ate one and my tongue hurt from the sourness, I agree with the other review that these probably have too much citric acid, but it’s different for everyone. Honestly my tongue hurts when I look at them so we’ll see how long/if I keep them, but they’re still good in small portions.

Update - 12/1/21 Seems like they have brought down the amount of citric acid since my original post because now I can have more than a few without my taste buds dying. Original review: I liked the idea of a variety pack of flavors. But this candy in particular has too much citric acid. Which is what makes the candy sour. Every time I have 4 or more belts. My tongues skin has burned off... after writing this review. I’ve learned my lesson, I can only have a couple at a time of these because they are sooooooo sour! If that’s what you are looking for get these. If you are sensitive to too sour then stay away!

These are insanely acidic and I am actually trying to put the roof of my mouth back on at this very moment. Eating more than two of these at a time is like chewing on razor blades. Would not buy again. Way too rough on the mouth. Good flavor and freshness but maybe tone down the sourness and coarseness of it because it is painful.
