A quality product and great price. Chain is 12 feet long which reaches from roof eaves to ground which I had to remove links to shorten. Beautiful finish on chain details and well made. Would definitely purchase again. In fact I now have 2 chains on each end of the house.

I love the chains and their look. My only issue is they were only 10 ft with 10 funnels. I called Amazon to check if wrong chains were sent. They resent the order and those also were only 10 ft. I really like the look and price so I said that I could keep 2 chains to split between the 8 I ordered and would return the re- shipped order. I was told that was fine and wouldn’t be charged since my chains were suppose to be 12 ft. I sent pictures and explanation with the extra chains return but Amazon charged me for the 2 extra chains that was needed to get the link that I had original ordered after being told I wouldn’t be charged.

Helps with a drainage problem and I was so pleased with the quality.

Beautiful to look at, but does not work as a rain chain. Water flow is severely constricted so the cup fills up immediately and overflows. The holes at the bottom of the cup are so small that the slightest debris clogs it and water splashes over the top. If you want water to go everywhere then it should work for you. If you want it to direct water flow down in a more orderly manor look elsewhere.

We love these! We just had a new deck cover installed and the company suggested rain chains on each end of the gutter. We're very happy with these. We get a lot of rain in the PNW so we get to see them in action a LOT😆

Our gutter drain is on the corner of our patio cover, and a traditional downspout seemed too boring. I love how this adds more artsy appeal to our patio. The only minor annoyance is that the water seems to spill outside of the funnels a lot in heavier rain.

This rain chain looks nice, but is very flimsy. It was supposed to be 12', but is only 10'. I should have returned it then, but decided to make do with the shorter length. Now, with winter approaching, the first time we had freezing temperatures, the entire chain self destructed into 10 separate pieces under the weight of the ice. A total waste of money!!
