Has no taste, texture is good, dissolves easily, good digestion, no smell, just a big pill… and you have to take six or more a day. Each pill has 1,000 mg of collagen, it just depends what you are after and how much collagen you would like to take.

I been using this product for about a month or so and I think it's great, I usually have 3 in the morning and 3 at night. The main noticeable change I seen is my nails growing much faster and stronger, my hair does also seem longer but I mainly noticed the changes on my nails, my skin is great too but I do combine a lot of skin care. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I don't want to post any pictures of myself but this is the greatest collagen at an amazing price that you can afford and look your best. It has my skin not only glowing but its building collagen making my skin smoother and firmer and its been only 1 week into the bottle I've noticed changes. I take these vitamins on a empty stomach as soon as i get out of bed 1st thing in the morning. I have been getting so many compliments and attracting men LOL that fast. I also use other collagen serums and collagen eye cream and take a couple of other vitamins 7 days a week which helps speed up the results but i did notice a change in my skin first, then nails and hair. The taste gives a powder milk taste like baby milk. The texture is creamy if left on the tongue and gets a little sticky but no worries. It does help with digestion. Wish I would have read the dosage more completely as one (1) dose is six pills and they are not small pills. I will not reorder.
