Product is exactly as advertised. Definitely watch a good video no how to replace the screen but once I replaced the screen and powered on the phone everything worked perfectly. This product saved me over $1000. Highly recommend!

Garbage screen. Worked great the first day and then the screen would become unresponsive unless using the s pen. If you restarted the phone the screen would work for a little while then the process would repeat. I never got more than a day of continuous use without having to restart the phone.

After screen on my note 9 was replaced with this assembly days later it intermittently becomes unresponsive. Now it has become progressively worse where sometimes performing a hard restart still does not fix the unresponsive touch screen. I am positive this screen was not 100% compatible with my phone even though it was indicated that it is compatible by Amazon.

Dont buy. Poorly made. Crack in no time. Not durable dony wast your money
