So fresh and so clean, cordless is awesome, vacuum and mop at the same time is great
Edit: two week update. my apartment is much cleaner, it's so much easier to use this than a plug in vacuum and a mop, and then you realize how gross old mops really are. apartment overall is cleaner bc the floors are. original: I have a cat, he doesn't mind this vacuum and hated my other one. I have a thick carpet and this is able to vacuum and steam it. so my cat doesn't hate this vacuum, he just watches it. This is my first cordless vacuum, and my apartment has a lot of corners, so that's also really fantastic, I don't think I'd get a wired vacuum again. it got all the kitty litter off the floor, all the dust out, picked up more than my old plug in vacuum, the apartment smells great. I realized how gross old fashion mops were when I used this, bc I vacuumed and mopped my floor, but you're taking a dirty thing, even if you wash it, and putting it in yucky water, steam sanitizes and takes care of pet allergens so it's great if you have friends with pet allergies. it also cleaned some cat vomit off my white carpet, so it paid for itself on day 1, 6 out of 5 stars. I can't recommend it enough. The battery life is 30 minutes, this is the only drawback, but that's bc I bought the one for a thick rug, if you have a thick rug you need this... but it's so easy to setup, pick it up and go, I find myself just keeping the place a lot cleaner. I have used a less powerful shark one, I got this one on sale for the same price, this got up more, it's meant for pets, so there is a pet cleaning solution. I think this is why the battery life is shorter, but I don't need a corded vacuum or a mop anymore, so overall I'll have less stuff, and the place is cleaner and has less allergens.

Best wet/dry floor cleaner I have ever found!!
I am in love!!! This is the most amazing floor cleaner I have ever owned and I hate to mop. My floor is never completely clean and I have a lot of floor. I ordered another brand and sent it back and thought I'd try one more time. I got this Bissell CrossWave OmniForce and can't get over how well and how easy it works. First of all, it charges on a stand so no cord. The charge lasts a long time. I cleaned my entire floor and only used about 40% of the charge time. I am not a technology person so the digital stuff scares me but this machine is so easy to use. First I vacuumed to dry surface. I dumped the container. Then added solution(included) and water to water basin. I push one button which releases water as you go over the surface. I did about a 5x6 area then pushed another button which switched to all dry so it sopped up the water and cleaned the floor. Then I moved back and repeated the process. I'm telling you, my floor has never been this clean. The dirty water in the dirty water tank was proof of what it got up. My floors were dry when I finished mopping an area (good for laminate) and at the end of the entire job, the mop head was almost dry. I dumped and rinsed the dirty tank, washed the mop head and set it out to dry then tested my floor for dirt. I got a clean white towel, wiped it across the floor, then wet the towel and did the same thing. No dirt showed on the towel!!!! Amazing!!! No more dirty socks!!! I am sooo excited!!

Unreliable -- broke twice in a few months. Customer service is horrible. UPDATE
This machine cleans really well, when it works. After about 6 weeks I got an error code indicating that the clean water canister was empty. It wasn't. Because of the error code, the machine would stop dispensing water, leaving it a simple vacuum. I called Bissell support and they put me on a video chat to confirm the error code and the full water canister. Acknowledging the machine was broken, they sent me a shipping label and said they would send a replacement when they received mine. Of course, I didn't have the original box and this thing is pretty big so shipping it back was kind of a pain, but OK. I received the new machine a few weeks ago and this time I was smart enough to keep the box. Sure enough, a few days ago -- after using the machine 4 or 5 times -- same error code. I just got off the phone with the company (this time the service agent didn't "have access" to the video chat program so I had to email photos) and I'm waiting for another shipping label to send it back. Clearly they have a QA or design problem. I don't know why they built this thing to stop dispensing water when it thinks it's empty. Just flash the code and leave it to the user to notice that it's empty. UPDATE: My third unit started doing the same thing, but this time I figured out what's happening and fixed it. The clean water canister does not fit tight into the base, causing the flow of water to stop and the machine to flash the code for an empty canister. My fix is to place a rubber band on top of the canister before snapping it into place. The rubber creates enough pressure to keep the canister firmly in place. Hey Bissell, I 'm available as a product development consultant. At least you'll know someone is actually using your products before shipping them. UPDATE 2: I was wrong, again. This fix lasted for a while and then the machine started doing the same error message. Called Bissell and was put on hold multiple times for 5-10 minutes each time before finally getting approval to send it to them. Here we go again. I had to hunt down a large box and shlep it to FedEx. Got an email a few days later saying they received it and it would be repaired and sent back in a few days. Waited a couple weeks but heard nothing. Called them and went through the routine: Please hold, apologies for the delay, please hold, getting authorization from corporate, and on an on. After about 45 minutes finally got approval and I would receive a new machine in 4-5 days. Waited a week. Nothing. Called again and it was the same exact routine. Waited another week. Nothing. Called again and went through the same routine for a 3rd time. This time I got an email from FedEx confirming the machine is expected to arrive today. I don't want to even open it at this point. Anyone want to buy a NIB Crosswave? $50. They sent me a survey about my experience. You can guess how that went. The first question was whether I could understand the CS rep, so they know they have a problem with their overseas call center, which was like talking to a non-English speaking person in a bowling alley.

Excellent floor cleaner
We just installed new laminate flooring and tore out all of our old carpet. We were looking for something that could both dry vacuum the floors, and mop when needed. It does an excellent job and with ease. The self clean mode is really nice to have. It’s got a nice design, easy to push, and has a lot of power. I’ve used it both for the new flooring as well as on the area rugs in the kitchen. If you’re looking for an easier solution than sweeping and traditional mopping, I’d recommend the Bissell Cross Wave. The only drawback is that per manufacturer instructions and other customer’s feedback, you should only use the Bissell chemicals for the wet mopping. Apparently, using pine sol or other non Bissell products will cause breakdown in some of the equipment. I haven’t personally tested this, but read many reviews that claim that only the Bissell chemicals work properly over time.

Works well, great features but battery drains fast
This vacuum works very well and does a great job cleaning and mapping. I have pets, and it picks up hair and dirt effectively. I really like that it has good storage capacity and separates liquids from dry debris, which makes cleaning much easier. The only downside is that the battery runs out fairly quickly. Other than that, it’s a very useful and efficient vacuum, especially for homes with pets.

Vacuums and mops great!
I’ve only used it once but I’m really happy. The product vacuums and mops very well! I did my large areas rug and it did great. The battery was sufficient and held up for the entire house (1100sqft single level ranch) if you have many pets like me, you can’t not purchase something like this! We have to vacuum and mop daily to keep up with the pets.

Great features make it easy to clean in one charge
I previously had the older Bissell cross wave pet pro that was a plug in model. It worked great and I loved it. I was looking to upgrade to another Bissell and I ran into this one. While I’ve always shied away from cordless appliances due to their limited range in battery I decided to give this a try as it was always such a pain to have to plug and unplug the vacuum depending on where I was in the house. I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to clean my entire home with just one charge. I cleaned all the main floors including several area rugs on turbo speed. By the time I was done the battery was only at 43%. It was super easy to use and much lighter than the older model I had. Not only that with only the first pass through it cleaned my floors immensely, leaving the water in the tank black. Which was a surprise to me as I am constantly vacuuming and swiffering my house! Another feature I truly enjoyed was the self wash function. Cleaned the brush thoroughly, all I had to do was dump the water and let it dry. First picture is from the initial cleaning of the floors, second picture is from the self clean feature. Safe to say this is a great purchase and I will be coming back to update in several months.

Great concept but.....
This product actually screams effortless and easy. Having a vacuum and mop combined in one product is awesome. Here are the pros and cons after having this for less than one week as a dog owner of 2 mastiffs (who are extremely messy and dirty). Pros 1. Battery operated. No cord. 2. Easy access to change between vacuum mode and moping mode 3. Really cleans - I like to do the paper towel test after mopping my floors to see if the floor cleaner actually works. My wet white paper towel actually came out clean. At first I was confused as the floor cleaner is still pulling some super dark dirty water but I now attribute that to the dirt on the grout. The actual tile is super clean but the machine is having issues with getting into the grout lines. 4. Quick charging time. After the initial charge which took forever, I find additional charging to be very quick where I only need a few hours to recharge the battery when I take the battery down to 15% 5. Easily comes apart for easy cleaning. Cons: 1. Tank Sizes - Tanks are extremely small. I find myself having to refill the tank and empty the dirty tank way too much. It is almost an inconvenience. 2. One week in and I am already getting "errors" on the cleaner so I have to turn off and turn back on. I am not sure if this is normal or if I have a lemon. 3. No instructions added for how to remove the roller cover and put back on. I had to figure this one out myself. 4. Rollers do not get into the grout lines. 5. Charge only lasts 30 minutes so I am having to clean sections of my floor, recharge, and then continue. I wish the battery time was double. 6. Barely any water is discharged from the machine so it makes cleaning time more. 7. Width of the rollers are less than 12". Sizing of the rollers increases cleaning time. Overall, I truly like this product especially for the ease of a quick clean up after my dogs. I am not sure if this is the right machine to use in trying to get my floors clean in such a large area but this is great for smaller areas and quick clean ups. Lastly, I am unsure how long this will work before it just stops working. With a price tag of over $200, I would want this to last 3 years or more but post covid, no one is making anything of real quality anymore.
