Took me a while to find a good quality B Complex vitamin that's methylated. Most of the B and Multi vitamins with B12 consists of Cyanocobalamin contained in a cyanide group in its molecular structure, a synthetic form of vitamin B12. I go as natural as possible in anything I ingest. This one has Methylcobalamin, a natural form of vitamin B12. It has a blend of B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, and B9. It also has vitamins C and E inside natural veggie capsules. If taken daily it's a good 4-month supply. Easy to swallow and easy on my stomach. It's the most effective vitamin of its category of the B Complex family. I approve of this one.

Cheap and has the best formula on the market. Careful when taking this much biotin, can ruin lab tests. If you're doing bloodowor get off of it for a week.

believe this may be a good product. taking two daily. can't discern any change, but i believe using methylated B vitamins is better than regular cheaper stuff flooding the shelves from China (i think anything from China is poor quality and risky to use. however, D Supplements state "Carefully produced in California using only high-quality ingredients sourced straight from the lushest farms around the world." so maybe their materials also sourced from China.)

My husband and I both take this b product. After a couple of weeks. We seem to have more energy. We aren't as tired as we used to be. I recommend it to everyone

Years ago, I was told about the importance of adding B-complex to my daily routine. At first, I didn’t listen to the advice, but then I tried it consistently for a week. I noticed the benefits immediately. My biggest struggle though was to find a quality B-complex that worked and was affordable. This B-complex checks off all the good boxes of what I was looking for. It’s small enough to swallow. It only has that slight vitamin smell, and I have noticed no ill affect from taking it. In the past some B-complex that I took would cause me to burp up that vitamin Smell and taste. I have not experienced that with this brand. I am pleased with it and have added it to my subscriptions that come automatically.
