Before, during ,and after my pregnancy this is a great one and will use for all future pregnancy. Definitely eat before taking one even if its a little bit. They are pretty big pill but not difficult.

I definitely recommend these. I used them all through my pregnancy. I did not have no stomach discomfort. Their was hardly any taste at all and the smell wasn’t that bad at all I think it was a good buy for the value of money and they were easy to swallow as well.

10/10 recommend!! All other prenatals make me nauseous or even vomit! These are easy to swallow, and easy on my stomach, they hardly leave a taste in my mouth, if at all! I'll probably never buy another brand again!
