Just received this piece. Removed it from the box and heard something loose rattling in the case. Tried to wind both the hrs and min hands and they did not work. Very disappointed. Returning it for a full refund. Think b4 you order this . Looks great online and the internet BUT very leery about reordering a replacement ! Kdw
