Meets all my expectations

I believe I need a bit over 200mcg to keep my teeth clean (which kind of tells me it is working). This is working for me.

I like to take a good amount of K2 MK-7 as I supplement Vitamin D3. I like how it seems to support teeth and bones. I like how it seems to balance the HDL/LDL cholesterol for a good ratio. I've also noticed since taking this for years that despite being overweight, my heart rate adjusts from running to rest rates a lot faster so I'm not out of breath for a long time after a run. However the price is a bit high. I found an alternative brand that offers 600mcg and 90 capsules for the same price making it a lot more affordable.

Most vitamin K-2 supplements only supply 100 mcg. I have read that it is best to supplement with 300 or 400 mcg MK-7 daily (along with vitamin D3). The reason we need the K-2 is it directs calcium away from our arteries and into our bones where it is needed. Always take it with vitamin D3. They work together for our benefit. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Now Foods provides quality supplements with zero odor.
