Ordered size UK 9 for a birthday present but when opened they’re far too big. They’re labelled USA 11/12M EUR 45/46 but also have 43/44 printed on them. Definitely not a size UK 9. Only opened today 22nd June to find they don’t fit and apparently I’m one day out for returning which is very annoying. Please could you agree to a return as they were obviously labelled incorrectly.

The toe strap has started to pop out after 2 weeks of wear. Not what I expected from Havaianas. Awful quality for expensive flip flops

I ordered these flip flops and they are way to small I am a size 9 and they would struggle to fit a 7, very disappointing.
