Everything a woman needs for a healthy body without the odor of vitamins. You may be able to dump some supplements since this brand has all we need for healthy bodies and lives. The supply is ample for 200 days so it is cost-effective. I was slow to get on the vitamin bandwagon but now I realize I should have started long ago when I was a bit younger. No after-taste is another good reason to like them. Remember the old children's vitamins? That was not pleasant. These new vitamins are 'in style' now!
