Doesn't irritate my eyes, goes on smooth, I like the color. Lasts a decently long time, the brush thingie works well. It washes off with a bit of extra scrubbing (if just using soap and water), and after if there's anything left it can be easily rubbed off. But when it goes on, it's on. Dries quickly and stays in place all day.

I love this eyeliner sooooo much! I use it heavily and it has stayed consistent, it's long-lasting, I've cried with it and it won't budge. I have to rub it off with wet wipes and make up remover. Once dried, it won't transfer, I've had it on for 16+ hours. The applicator has also stayed sturdy and and precise. The eyeliner bottle is smaller than a mascara but the it's got a very decent amount of product. Its comfortable on the eyes, no irritation. I absolutely recommend it, though I haven't ran out of it yet (its been months) I did buy a second one for when I finally do.

Easy to apply but does not seem to stay all day. Loved the color when first applied but seemed to fade quickly. No eye irritation noted.

Great color and stays on

I really like most e.l.f. products, but this one didn't work so well for me. The liner is a true navy blue, but it's thicker then advertised and more runny than I expected. Also it dries really fast. I couldn't go back and adjust the line. It's also hard to remove. I almost had to peel it off. If you like a wider solid line, go for it, but this is more bold than I needed. That being said, I didn't have a lot of allergic reaction to it.

I love this eyeliner! This has smudge resistance...and love the straight stiff brush that helps make a nice winged liner look. I got the matte black and it does its job and lasts all day

Love this eyeliner and its staying power. I work outside & other eyeliners fail by the end of the day, but this one carries on perfectly. I got the navy blue because I wanted more subdued than black. And who can beat the price? I've found E.L.F. Products to be really good all the way around, and I've actually left others behind that I have used for years. Good stuff, great price.

This is terrible. Evidently they got rid of the line of eyeliner that looks exactly like this except it was a brush instead of a felt type tip. This version is so much harder to apply because the tip is not pliable. Also it bleeds all over your eyelid, I looked like a toddler applied my eyeliner. If I could give this zero stars I would.
