This is an excellent temporary root touch up powder!! I purchased this over a year ago July 2024 and it’s still pretty new. This will last you a long time!! I purchased the dark brown and it’s an excellent match. The sponge applicator is a perfect size for dabbing and swiping over the strands that need to be colored. It’s also great to cover areas with thinning hair too. I use it to give me more time in between my root touch up color appts. The color lasts all day until I shower. This is a definite must have for anyone needing more time between root touch up colors!

This covers my little pink scalp perfectly. I was so embarrassed and this is very easy to apply and the results are instanteous.

Great coverage for thinning hair. No itching or burning on scalp. Lasts in between shampooing. Does not fall onto pillow cases. Really delighted with this product.

My hair is salt and pepper with my natural dark brown. I feel self conscious since I stopped dying it. I use the gray colored powder to hair look a little thicker at my paring line. It definitely helps boost my self confidence. I gave it 4 stars for the ears of use, color tone, how well it stays on and how easy it is to wash out. I did not give it that last star because when you get near the end of the powder, the foam applicator is almost useless. I had to switch to a brush that I already had.

It is not black and looks greyish. It clearly is visible on black hair if applied on bald patch and looks dirty. Also it sticks to your hand upon touch so not durable.
