Use this and a smaller one in my bbq/oven to bake bread and toad in the hole. Good value in comparison to other brands.

Cette cloche est de grande qualité et donne un pain cuit à la perfection. Cependant il faut s’en tenir à un pain de 550-600 grammes max.

Very happy with this item. Bigger than I expected (7.5”). It makes quite a large loaf of bread. So happy with it, that I ordered the smaller version ( 6.5”) which was a package deal, and included a rising basket and a bread scoring blade. It hasn’t arrived yet but looking forward to receiving it Recommend this cloche to bread makers who are searching for a very well made product.

A really nice and convenient Dutch oven. Until now like everyone else I've used the Deep Bowl type Dutch oven. When I saw this I thought it would be much more convenient as you're not risking burning yourself reaching into the pot itself to remove the bread. As a theory it worked out great but it is much smaller than you would expect it to be. No big loaves in this little cutie but it works just fine.

Season iron cloche properly and you can bake and get your perfect beautiful round crunchy sourdough bread ! I am very impressed with this one! Hardly found one that works well for me but this one is just as I want it..Highly recommend
