Absolutely chuffed with these brilliant probiotics that have made a proper difference to my digestive health, with the impressive 300 billion CFU strength really sorting out my tummy troubles. The capsules are dead easy to swallow, and I've noticed far less bloating and general discomfort since starting them. Well worth every penny for the results you get!

I’m unsure. I haven’t noticed a significant difference with my symptoms when taking these.They’re easy to take though and seem like a quality product, but personally, I haven’t experienced the benefits I needed. I may need to purchase again and give them more time

I take probiotics everyday and try to vary the brand occasionally as recommended by a nutritionist. It is always difficult to gauge how effective any supplement actually is but I am happy to keep taking them to boost my immune system.

I’d been taking prebiotics and probiotics separately and decided to try these as a single replacement for both. The container I received was written in German, with no English translation, so I had to google the instructions for use, which was easy enough but not something I thought I’d have to do. The quality of the product seemed decent, good packaging and the capsules were a good size and easy to get down, with no flavour or aftertaste. While I can’t say I noticed any difference after taking them there were no ill effects. It’s also handy that they don’t have to be stored in the fridge and have a longer shelf life than the standard yoghurt/dairy free probiotic shot. The price seemed expensive but if you look around it’s pretty much in line with similar strength pre and probiotics. As always with these type of things, do your own research, read instructions thoroughly before use and don’t overdose yourself.

I am 4 days in taking these and they have really made a huge difference already. My diet is really good and I drink plenty of fluids, but going to the loo regularly has been an issue for some time, but since taking these that has changed, already! No bloating or wind. Easy to swallow, no funny taste. I feel loads better, highly recommended. Quality product.
