Sea Salt Fresh & Zesty Seasoning

I love this salt company. I have now tried every single one of their salt infused products and this one is spectacular for poultry and fish. The salt is coarse however with very little effort you connect grind it to a finer consistency. I have used this in marinades and it dissolves quickly. There is definitely a hint of lemon it tastes fresh it's not too sour or sweet. There is a hint of garlic and the salt is not super salty. Each time I receive one of their products I can literally taste it plain straight from the container. I'm super happy with all of their products I use this seasoning during sous vide and grilling. Perfect flavor.

I cook a lot of steak on the grill also reverse sear and smoke. This is by far the best pinch full salt and smoked garlic to use.

first time user for this one. very good, strong flavors so watch how much you put on stuff. took a while to get here for some reason don't know why. wonder where it came from hmmmm?????

I like this, but it takes a bit of adjustment. It flavors things nicely though. I'm still learning to use it, but I feel it works better in slow cooking items rather than a quick meal. Your mileage may vary. As I said, I'm still working on figuring this out. It's definitely not a finishing salt!

I first found this in Singapore! A few years ago and I’m so happy I can now have it in Dallas :)

This is a finishing salt. Sprinkle atop your cooked dish as serving to add more salt and garlic. Salt and garlic powder would work better, I believe. Garlic salt might, too, but I find that more salt than garlic, so I don't have it in my kitchen.

So good that I’ve re-ordered it twice so far. Something about this garlicky salt is so much better than just salt and garlic. I also bought the Smokey BBQ salt from this brand and it too is amazing. Planning to buy the other flavor too.
