I have an older cat and she had started declining. Skin was becoming a mess with dermatitis near her tail, always licking and on top of that she showed signs of respiratory issues and quit eating and was losing weight fast. I looked at all the reviews and decided I would give it a try. At first since she wasn't eating I gave her the drops directly in her mouth. Within 4 hrs she was at her food bowl ready to eat, I them started putting it on her food and she ate it up. Needless to say she is doing great!!!! My husband said this was a miracle cure and I highly recommend it. Easy to use, great quality and she likes the taste. Cleared up her skin issues after I had already tried several other products.

10/10 would recommend! It worked so well for my kitty. She had watery, gooey eyes that she kept pawing at. It looked not so good, but in about three days of giving her drops once every morning and night in her food and it worked like a miracle. She looks so much better and she's not pawing at her eye at all! This item is amazing. I would use this again, but honestly you won't run out because it fixes the issue so quick! Let alone, she loves the taste, so I could just feet it to her in drops. Amazing product!

This stuff has worked very well in two different situations with 2 different cats. Seemed to clear up infection effectively.

UPDATE 12/16/2025. We have a Maine Coon cat that refuses to come inside. She used to be inside. The temperature here got down to 13 degrees. She stayed in her cat house filled with straw. She had an eye infection and a cold. Fed her this antibiotic in her food. Within three days she was very healthy. This morning I was putting this antibiotic on her food in front of her. She licked it off the medicine dropper and purred. I cannot say enough about this produce! Very, very highly recommend. We have four kittens who had bad bad upper respiratory infections (URIs). They had bad conjunctivitis in their eyes. We had been putting terramycin in their eyes for the conjunctivitis. Some improvement but they were still quite ill. We started putting these antibiotic drops in their dry and wet food only at night. In the morning we can't do it because we are barraged by the cats first thing!!!! So far we have only done this for three nights. Immediate improvement! Kittens are playful and bouncing around again. Eye infections mostly gone. We're going to keep giving these drops to them at night for awhile. Most surprising of all is that I caught one kitten licking the drops from the medicine dropper. They love the taste.

I ordered this because I wanted to help my cat’s immune system. She was sneezing and had started to have a bit of a cough. The bottle size is good for the value. I gave my cat this and she did not like it at all. It doesn’t smell very good. I was able to get her to take it once a day for about a week and it helped a lot for her issues.

I bought this because I have a cat that's extremely hard to give meds to. Most of the time you can't even catch her. She has a terrible cough I can't get to stay away. Antibiotics do work, however she hates taking anything, & after a couple of days she hides so I can't find her. She won't come near me for fear of me giving her meds, therefore I can't give her the proper amt. I have to quit after just a few days. Unfortunately, once it's been mixed it's only good for 10 days, so she never gets the full regimen. The cough will go away, but only for a few days because I want able to give her the entire script. I have been giving her this for about a week now & she's better. It's not totally gone yet, but it's much better. I expect it to take longer for her as I can't give it to her 3 X a day, but it doesn't expire in 10 days so I can just give it to her for a longer period of time. She likes the taste, so I can mix it in her food, unlike the prescription antibiotic. I'm just not sure how long to give it to her. Also, I accidentally left it out of the fridge for 24 hrs & don't know if that ruins it I had to buy another one just in case. I have 1 negative comment, but it can be dealt with easily enough. The dropper it comes with will NOT fill all the way up to the 1 ml mark, so I pour a little into a shot glass, & use a medicine doser syringe that you can get free from Walmart. It works much better than the dropper. When using the dropper, it's also harder to get all of the product OUT of the dropper when squirming it into their mouth. I'm going to give this 5 stars, because even though my cat isn't 100% better, I think she WILL be once she's on it a little longer.

This is a great product. I have stray cats that I take care of, and one had severe diarrhea, I put this in her food for a week and it cleared up. Then I had some 5 month old kittens with weepy eyes and sneezing. I gave them doses in a spoon and they licked the spoon clean. They loved the taste, it was hard to dose one cat at a time, they would swarm me. They stopped sneezing and their eyes cleared up. I keep several bottles in the cabinet for if I ever need it. It's is great for a number of ailments. I am spaying and neutering all the cats. They stay around my house, but I hope they find new homes in my country neighborhood, they are great mousers.
