great computer. Easy to set up and works great.

This thing is really bad. I had the same no display issue that others wrote reviews on. I discovered if I wiggle the cord just right I could get the display to come on. Tried a different cord with the same results. Something wrong with the port on the computer. Once I got past that and started using it every minute or so it would freeze for a few seconds, then the screen would go black for a few more seconds, then it would come back to life but you would have to start over on whatever you were doing. One time when it did that and came back on everything on the screen was stretched out and blurry. I tried changing all the display settings but it never went back to normal. Then it started dropping the WiFi and struggling to get back on. Then it got very glitchy and started freezing. That was it, I boxed it back up and returned it. It looks cool, but the quality is really really bad. I shouldn’t have cheaped out when I bought it. Lesson learned, don’t buy no name garbage.

Works pretty well so far for a month or so in. Love gaming in it and very reliable. Easy instructions too!

I picked this up for my mother who doesn’t game but needed a new PC. It was packaged well and came assembled ready to go. However, when she plugged everything in there was no signal to the monitor. Being that I’m 1000 miles away I was not able to diagnose it, I had a friend go check it out. He swapped the video card for her and everything was fine. I’d assume the builder tested this PC before shipping so maybe the card got damaged in transit. It was packed tight with foam inside the case but anything’s possible. I did not return the PC because I had plenty of video cards and was going to give her a better one anyway, but the video card situation may have been a problem for someone looking to plug and play out of the box.

This was an early birthday present for my son and to say he was surprised would be an understatement!! Mama did her research, though, so I knew what we were getting into. I found the dongles with no problem. Getting the packing out of the inside of the tower was a little tricky, but we managed. This thing looks so cool with all the LED lights on! More importantly, it runs Online games very well. It’s not even been 24 hours, but so far, I’ve very happy with my purchase… My son even more so!!

Came packaged well. System is easy to take apart and upgrade/add on to. The build is decent and feels good. Some people may not like the LED's but they are programmable and are pretty cool. Only 1 issue I have is the cpu is now flagged by Microsoft for not being able to run Windows 11. It currently runs Windows 10 which is good till the end of 2025. Installation was painless, update the pc and install your game client. Games have no lag, stutter etc after cached.
