The quality of this casing is very good. I filled it with nearly 20 pounds of meat, and there are very few places that are broken, and the amount is sufficient. I can also fill many sausages. I will buy this casing again next time.

I make Guatemalan longanizas every weekend, and these casings are by far the best I’ve tried. One single casing lets me make up to 20 longanizas! Unlike other brands, this one doesn’t break easily and looks much whiter, cleaner, and more uniform. I love it and will keep buying it!

These are just what we needed for making venison sausage. These were very long pieces and were easy to work with. Held up well while stuffing. Had gotten some at our local grocer and they were short pieces which were a pain when making a large quantity of product.

These are good natural casings but tend to be a bit inflexible, no matter how long you soak or wash them. There is a danger that they will rupture without warning. When used carefully, they get the job done
