Very nice grill
Easy to assemble even with the included tools. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The grill performs well especially for the price point. The smoke setting puts out plenty of smoke. It pulses a little due to temperature flux. The temp flux during cooking or smoking is a few degrees up then back to the set temp. No problems with auger fire. Overall it's well made.

Great grill
Absolutely great value. I have had this grill for 3 weeks and cooked a 12lb Boston butt and a 20lb beef brisket the brisket took 22 hours and this grill held the temperature all night long even with temps dropping down into the 20s. This is my first pellet grill and I was shocked at how efficient it is. Even on the 22 hour smoke it used only about 10 pounds of pellets out of the full 18lb hopper. I would fully reccomend this grill to anyone just getting into pellet grills. Just set it and leave it. Paired with a meater meat probe this is a great purchase

Great smoke!
So I've been cooking on kettle grills all my adult life and decided I'd like to try a pellet grill/smoker as I grill several times a week when I can. I wanted an entry level product so I could see what pellet smoking was all about and I'm completely satisfied with this grill! After I unpacked it the wife and I flipped it over and it took less than an hour to get it assembled. It comes pretty heavily coated in packing grease so be sure to follow the initial startup and burn-in procedures. Most everything you can find on Youtube will walk you through it (although this PID 3.0 isn't featured in any of them as it's newer but the procedure is the same). It's sturdy and well built for the price, the only things I would change are all available options on more expensive models so maybe I'll trade up in a few years. On to the fun stuff. This thing rolls out a ton of smoke! I did a rack of baby backs for a first cook on it and they came out perfect, comparable to the best I've done with charcoal and I didn't have to mess with it at all. So all in all I'm in love with this pit. we'll see how it does for the long haul but for now it's my new favorite toy!

Let the smoke roll!
First pellet grill I’ve ever used and heard about the value. Assembly took about 20 minutes or so. Start up took about an hour after letting it burn off. I then filled it with mesquite pellets and the smoke started rolling! First night I made smoked bourbon salmon and it turned out great. Tonight and tomorrow is a 12 pound brisket! It takes awhile to adjust and level off temp but it holds nicely. I have an aftermarket thermometer and it also double checks the temperature control. It’s a blast to cook on! I have the 550 2h and it fits a whole 12 pound brisket and there’s some room left over. Perfect for a family of four and can probably do 5 racks of ribs.

Good Budget Smoker
I am very happy with this smoker, after having it for a year I've had a fair number of hours put on it. Obviously for the price point I wasn't expecting it to perform to the same level as more well-established brand names, but I was pleasantly surprised by this smoker. If you prepped, spritzed, and cooked right, grill was able to put a very nice smoke flavor to most anything I put on it. It even made simple things like frozen pizza have a little extra zing and changed it up from being mundane. Only issues I had with this smoker was I did have the conveyor jam a couple times and had to "help" it along to get started. I did see a couple reviews stating there can be issues with the temp controller, I'm not sure if mine is starting to have issues, sometimes when I turn it on it superheats up the temp, and other times the temp bounces up and down, but if I shut it all the way down and turn it back on its always worked fine after. If I could change one thing on this smoker, I wish the ash trap was removable for cleaning out. A shop vac makes quick work of it as is, but there are days where I'd like to be able to just take it out and dump it. Using tinfoil on the drip pan and changing it every few uses will save you on cleanup. If you plan on smoking in cold temps, I think this smoker may struggle due to being pretty lightly build and it doesn't seem well sealed, but for anything else I wouldn't think twice about buying this again if price is ok. I store mine in garage for winter, so it works perfect for what I need.

Don’t waste your money
I took some time to write this review because things like this are supposed to be built to last. Initially after receiving this we were so excited BBQs by the pool, smoked brisket all that, but that was short lived after like three uses the temperature wasn’t staying set to the point that it was not even staying on. So we contact the company to get assistance, now we get that it was COVID and we’re patient but it took forever to get a response. Once we did they did send out the part needed but we had to install it and that was a whole other ordeal. Then okay it’s working for like a week then it’s running way to hot and catches fire listen I like my food to be hot as heck but not in flames! So we reach back out and get some lame response they send us another part to install ourselves. We used it less after this and just kind of forgot about the issues and come back a few months later everything seemed to be working properly then again same issues as before but this time we had to call 911 because we couldn’t stop the flame. Luckily nothing got damaged in my backyard but I’d there’s an issue that a customer calls in instead of asking people who don’t know anything about how to install these things how about sending someone out or sending a new one entirely. We finally have requested a full refund because we don’t even want this brand I’ll just spend the money on the more expensive option instead of continuing to deal with these types of issues. I just wanted a grill/smoker to last more than a few years this barely lasted a month before the initial problems. Hopefully we do get our full refund. If you want something that won’t give you issues maybe don’t with this brand.

Los pellets le rinden mucho, está muy espacioso. Es difícil de limpiar y los saltos de temperatura los muy grandes.
