It works amazing on grout, concrete counter tops, AC Vent Returns, EVERYTHING!!

We use steam machines for car detailing. They're great for cleaning out cupholders, buttons, door panels, even steaming out the vents. I've had a few machines over the years and have some experience to draw from. I hadn't encountered one without a trigger until now and don't know why you would ever make one without. With a trigger you get immediate stream when you want it and it stops when you don't, instant. With this machine you turn it on, it builds pressure and steam starts coming out when it has built enough heat and pressure. Until it gets there it squirts a stream of water that later turns to steam. When you're done you turn it off and about 10 seconds later it stops. This just won't work, not for cars anyway. We're streaming buttons on steering wheels and radios. I can't have a stream of water squirting all over electronics. Also, the extended nozzle has no o-ring and leaks everywhere. To get it to work you would have to borrow the o-ring from the other tip every time you switch them. If that's the intended design that's awful and very cheap. On a positive note it does make good steam, heat and pressure are both good and it builds quickly other than the squirting issue. For us, we purchased a better machine and will keep this as a spare that we hope we'll never have to use.
